Fabulous Rolls Royce Booking Terms And Conditions

We outline the terms and conditions of travel for Fabulous Rolls Royce customers. To ensure customer satisfaction and to enable us to provide a professional service you may be requested to sign a hard copy of our terms and conditions prior to travel.

Bookings are only secured on receipt of the non-refundable deposit which must be paid for with a credit / debit card.

2. Any breakages /damage will be charged to the credit /debit card and you will be notified at the end of hire of any such charges.

3. Balances must be paid 14 days prior to the hire date by debit or credit card.

4. A cancellation is only accepted in writing and MUST be no later than 14 Days prior to the Hire. In the event of cancellation any moneys paid will be retained by Fabulous Rolls Royce. If less than 14 Days full payment will be due.

5. In the unlikely event that Fabulous Rolls Royce is unable to complete the booking for any reason beyond its control an alternative car will be offered or a full refund given. Beyond this Fabulous Rolls Royce will not be liable.

6. Although Fabulous Rolls Royce will make every effort to meet deadlines it will accept no responsibility for any delays.

7. Passengers are NOT permitted to smoke or consume food in the vehicle. Fabulous Rolls Royce reserves the right to terminate the rental following any infringement of this condition.

8. The client is responsible for the conduct of their guests at all times. Fabulous Rolls Royce will invoice the client for any damages to the vehicle caused by the client or their guests (including a £150 valeting charge due to misuse of drink or illness).

9. For safety reasons Fabulous Rolls Royce may refuse to transport passengers or luggage if it is considered that the vehicle is overloaded or the passengers are unfit to travel.

10. Although Fabulous Rolls Royce will take every care, no responsibility will be accepted for any loss or damage to luggage or personal property.

11. No responsibility will be accepted for any vehicle access restrictions at any destination.

12. By signing and returning the Confirmation of Booking (including these Terms and Conditions) the client agrees to all points and she/he has entered into a binding contract with Fabulous Rolls Royce.

13. Should the terms and conditions not be returned to Fabulous Rolls Royce a copy of the conditions will be given to the hirer at time of the hire. Should the passengers board the Rolls Royce it will be deemed acceptance of the terms and conditions in full.
